Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or administrative roles.
• Experience sourcing candidates using recruiting tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for manufacturing, skilled trades, warehouse, customer service, clerical, and administrative positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates against position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Prepare offer recommendations and manage the offer process with stakeholders.
• Manage pre-employment screening activities and build talent pipelines for recurring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
• Represent LECO at career fairs and community recruiting events.
