What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise and support in the implementation and optimization of the Smart Manufacturing Operation Management systems platform
- Support legacy MES systems while assisting in the digital manufacturing journey
- Develop and maintain data flows and reports to enhance visibility and decision-making for asset teams
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project execution and system documentation
- Train key users and build organizational capability in digital manufacturing systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in supply chain or engineering
- Proven experience leading IT projects and programs
- Thorough knowledge of GE Plant Apps and AVEVA PI Systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and process controls
- Ability to self-manage with minimal supervision and be available for service calls and business travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing site
- Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and SEEQ
- Strong communication skills with verbal and written fluency in English
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem-solving
