• Proven experience in manufacturing, automation, or software development.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain manufacturing and business systems (ERP, reporting, integrations).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and office staff to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot system issues impacting production, workflows, or reporting.
• Assist with automation and integration of manufacturing equipment, software, and data systems.
• Support data collection and reporting initiatives to improve visibility into operations.
• Maintain system documentation, workflows, and user procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to processes, systems, and technology.
• Serve as a liaison between IT, engineering, and production teams.
