Dynamic Tool Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support and improve the integration of technology, systems, and processes across the organization. This role connects software, equipment, and business systems to enhance operational efficiency and data flow.

Working with production, engineering, and business teams, the engineer identifies automation opportunities, resolves system issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in manufacturing or systems engineering.
• Experience with ERP/JobBoss, or similar manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain manufacturing and business systems (ERP/JobBoss, reporting tools, integrations).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and office staff to identify system and process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues impacting production, workflows, or reporting.
• Assist with automation and integration of manufacturing equipment, software, and data systems.
• Support data collection and reporting initiatives to improve visibility into operations.
• Maintain system documentation, workflows, and user procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to processes, systems, and technology.
• Serve as a liaison between IT, engineering, and production teams.
• Stay current with emerging technologies impacting manufacturing and systems integration.
• Stay current with emerging software technologies and development trends.
