Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking an Information Systems Analyst to support and maintain business applications in Troy, MI. The role will troubleshoot issues, provide end-user training, and assist with various information systems needs across manufacturing departments.

The position is based in Troy, MI, with flexibility on location and not a remote role. Occasional travel to Ventra / Flex-N-Gate facilities in the US and Canada is required to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years CMS (or another ERP system) experience in manufacturing.
• Self-starter capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with Best practices for real time shop-floor reporting and production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work with end users to identify and deliver required system service levels.
• Support implementation of business applications at US/Canada facilities.
• Travel to Ventra / Flex-N-Gate facilities in the US / Canada as directed.
• Daily Operations and other duties assigned by the Director Information Systems or Information Systems Manager.
