Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support and optimise MES, ERP, and other production systems across multiple sites in Pell City, Alabama. The role involves analysing data, troubleshooting, and delivering data-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and IT teams, maintain system data such as BOMs and routings, and contribute to upgrades and user training across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing, operations, or systems analyst role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Knowledge of MES, SCADA, Power BI, SQL, Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, ServiceNow, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day‑to‑day operation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, and other production systems.
• Analysing manufacturing data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support operational decision‑making.
• Troubleshooting system issues and working with internal IT teams and third‑party vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Producing standard and ad hoc reports to support production planning and business performance.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements and implementing data‑driven solutions.
• Maintaining accurate manufacturing data, including BOMs, routings, work orders, and inventory records.
• Performing system audits to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Developing dashboards and KPI reporting using data visualisation tools where applicable.
• Collaborating with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support operational goals.
• Assisting with system upgrades, new implementations, user training, and on‑site support across manufacturing locations.

We're recruiting for a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support and optimise manufacturing systems across multiple production sites.
