The Orlando Production Operations team is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manufacturing Support Team Member Staff to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

As a key member of the Manufacturing Support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, project ownership, and support to the manufacturing operations team to ensure efficient and effective production of high-quality products. The candidate should have experience in complex problem solving, manufacturing processes, yield improvement, affordability management, and cross-functional influence & collaboration along with a working knowledge of the skills, metrics, and support needed for production management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to rapidly problem solve and lead sustainable business outcomes.
  • Support site-level strategic projects with collaboration and transparency.
  • Fill gaps in manufacturing operations, leveraging expertise to maintain operational continuity.
  • Support planning efforts to restore optimal manufacturing performance, including identifying strategies for rapid recovery from disruptions.
  • Develop, prepare, and present business case analysis and justifications for funding.
  • Provide guidance on production processes, equipment, and tooling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
  • Lead continuous product quality and performance improvements.
