Phillips Staffing is seeking a dependable Support Operator for our client’s manufacturing site in Pendleton, SC. The role supports production by delivering materials to looms, monitoring inventory, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to meeting production goals. Requirements include at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions precisely.
• Basic math skills (add/sub/ multiply/divide).
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Self-motivated with discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver filling materials to running looms according to lot cards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support maintenance activities and Daily Team Maintenance (DTM).
• Contribute to safety audits and improvements.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
