AriensCo in Fayetteville, TN, is seeking a Manufacturing Leader to oversee daily welding operations, coach and develop team members, and push safe, efficient production.

You will drive lean initiatives, coordinate schedules, and partner across departments to improve productivity and quality to meet customer requirements. On-site role with strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and development of people.
• Working knowledge of Lean tools (6S, Kaizen, etc.).
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for daily operations on the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, training and troubleshooting to ensure compliance and safety.
• Motivate and lead team members: coaching and development; monitor performance and take corrective action.
• Coordinate departmental activities to meet manufacturing schedules, improve overall equipment effectiveness, takt time, and reduce lead time.
• Work with staff to improve productivity and quality to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in lean manufacturing activities to improve products, reduce waste; perform special assignments.

Job Description:

Join AriensCo as a Manufacturing Leader supporting our Welding department in Fayetteville, TN! We’re looking for a motivated and passionate leader to oversee daily welding operations, coach and develop team members, and help drive safe, efficient production. This role will champion safety and quality while leading lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts to deliver best-in-class operational performance.

THE DAY TO DAY…

• Responsiblefor daily operations on the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, training and troubleshooting to ensure that all operations are in full compliance and meet or exceed safety guidelines
• Motivate and lead team members: provide coaching and development opportunities; monitor successthrough documented periodic work performance evaluations and enact correctiveaction, as required
• Coordinate departmentalactivities to meet manufacturing schedules, and take positive action toincrease overall equipment effectiveness, achieve Takt time, and reduce lead time
• Work with inter- and intra-departmental staff to improve productivity and quality standards in order to meet customer requirements
• Participate in various lean manufacturing activities to improve products, reduce waste, or learn new skills or operationsPerform special assignments and/or duties as required

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

• High Schooldiploma or GED
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3years related work experience with demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with people, projects and issues
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and developmentof people
• Working knowledge of Lean tools (6S, Kaizen, etc.)
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment

WORKING CONDITIONS…

• On-site in manufacturing environment with frequent presence on the production floor
