Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a supervisor for the North Grafton, MA facility to provide leadership and creative problem-solving in Process Inspection. The role interfaces with personnel at all levels to maintain high quality and efficiency.
Requirements include engineering education (B.S./B.A. in engineering), at least 4 years in heavy manufacturing, and union shop experience. The position involves early starts and weekend coverage, with comprehensive benefits and bonus eligibility.
