The Surgical Operating Unit, Vessel Sealing, develops and supports advanced energy-based surgical technologies used to seal blood vessels and tissue during minimally invasive and open procedures. The team works across research and development, clinical, marketing, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial functions to advance vessel sealing technologies that support surgical efficiency, product performance, and patient care. The Manufacturing Supervisor is part of the manufacturing operations organization responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient production across high-volume medical device manufacturing. This role leads frontline production teams, supports operational readiness, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and partners closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Training functions to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives. This position is based onsite in Boulder, Colorado and supports manufacturing operations within the vessel sealing business. The role requires working onsite five days per week on 3rd shift (10:45 PM to 6:45 AM, Sunday night through Friday morning). Travel is not anticipated for this position. This position provides frontline leadership for manufacturing operations, supporting the execution of production plans, workforce coordination, and operational performance on 3rd shift. The Supervisor is responsible for achieving production objectives while maintaining compliance with quality system requirements, developing employees, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,000.00 - $108,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
