Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise overall production activities to meet customer demand and targets.
• Coordinate and supervise production workers for efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Monitor daily operations to resolve staffing, scheduling, tooling, EHS, quality issues.
• Liaise with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance to coordinate production activities.
• Allocate resources to optimize output; manage manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Lead lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs and improve processes.
• Ensure ISO/QMS audits and compliance across the department.
• Develop and coach shopfloor staff and secure timely approvals from management.
