Job summary

Inpro seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our Large Format Digital Print, Digital Flatbed Cutting and Signage operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while guiding teams to improve productivity through continuous improvement and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience leading DMAIC projects with measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate work activities to meet production schedules and customer ship dates.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth production flow and prevent delays.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications through enforcement of quality-control protocols, inspections, and root-cause analysis of defects.
• Champion a 6S culture (5S + Safety) by enforcing safety policies, conducting audits, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Drive continuous-improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop proficiency in the ERP system, ensure data integrity, and serve as the first line of support for system-related needs.
• Train and onboard new employees to ensure a safe, productive, and successful start.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
