Responsibilities

Supervise and train production line staff on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure timely completion of orders.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and production issues.
Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular inspections of products and processes.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and achieve production targets.
Prepare and submit daily production reports, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
