Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop a team.
Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
Supervise and train production line personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet specifications.
Optimize production processes to improve output, reduce waste, and control costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement.
