Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors with coordinating daily production activities.
• Track production status, staffing needs, and schedule attainment.
• Observe and assist with safety, GMP, quality, and environmental health requirements.
• Maintain training records, attendance information, and other documents.
• Participate in routine floor audits, 5S activities, and process observations.
• Communicate production issues across manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
• Support training coordination to ensure current qualifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to safety, quality, or delivery.
