JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible tosuperviseanddrive continuous improvement for themanufacturing crew within the value streamand deliver business results.Assignedmanufacturing crewis small andlow/medium complexity.This position also ensuresthevalue stream is operated in accordance with Andersen Corporation’s values, employee covenant, and strategic direction.
Develop and lead A3Plan / A3 projectsformanufacturing crew, utilizing current and future state value streammaps
Deliver business metric results (SQDCP), utilizing tiered managementsystem
Provide direct leadership to value streamteam leads and production employees
Provide indirect leadership to other support functions (matrix organization)
Provide coaching, feedback and development tomanufacturing crew and Team Leads, promoting career growth opportunities.
Ensure the desired product quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards, training in operation and inspection techniques, and use of tools/data.

PAY RANGE:
$69,840.00 - $104,760.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
