Job summary

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in pharma, strong English communication, and prior supervisory experience. 12-hour shifts and flexibility are required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years related experience in the pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience a plus.
• Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible in days of work; able to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators in daily production activities; set priorities, expectations, and assignments.
• Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet batch release timelines.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback for team members.
• Conduct GMP audits, deviations investigations, and support CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Validation to ensure compliant operations.
• Oversee documentation of manufacturing activities and ensure proper recordkeeping.
