Job summary

TRAK Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor - Extrusion (Nights) in Monroe, OH to lead a front-line team in a high-volume extrusion environment. You will drive performance across quality, delivery, and cost while coaching staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 7: 45pm-8am on 2-2-3 schedule
