Qualifications

• 5+ years of E/M manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory/Lead experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong teamwork, communication and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and leadership to direct reports through attitude, action, and superior communication.
• Organize and assign work tasks to meet production goals.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and goals.
• Meet production schedule within budget.
• Interface with Engineering to troubleshoot design challenges.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Provide performance feedback and reviews.
• Support Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality through process control and testing.
