Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Training Supervisor to shape the skills of the hourly workforce and ensure adherence to safety and life-saving rules. The role focuses on developing training programs, standard work, and leadership alignment across a manufacturing network.

Within 3–12 months, the candidate will create and maintain training materials, build a high-performing team, and drive continuous improvement aligned with Atkore’s core values of Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with metal stamping experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with AS400, JDE, Lean Manufacturing, and/or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

What you’ll bring:

• Associates degree; or 4+ years' relevant work experience
• 4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with metal stamping experience preferred

• Experience with AS400, JDE, Lean Manufacturing, and/or SAP preferred

Within 3 months, you’ll:

Within 6 months, you’ll:

• Create, maintain, and enhance training materials
• Leverage your team to effectively deliver on Atkore’s strategic priorities

Within 12 months, you’ll:

• Drive the team to continually improve their area of responsibility
• Possess an intricate understanding of what the team does well and where there is an opportunity

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $68,880 - $94,710. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
