Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our Michigan facility in Sturgis. You will lead the day-to-day shift, ensure safety, quality, and production targets, and manage downtime and maintenance to minimize disruptions.
The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor's degree or related experience, and strong communication skills. Shift is Sunday–Thursday, 11 pm–7 am, with overtime as needed. Experience with LEAN, 5S and SQF is a plus.

A Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for managing various production activities including but not limited to: planning, directing and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, department production targets and quality standards. They understand and align plant operations & production as he/she executes their role in the overall order fulfillment process to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial, and operational objectives. In addition to planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions.

Pay Range: $72,700.00 - $96,900.00
