Responsibilities

• Join and lead early customer conversations, bringing manufacturing context to stakeholders.
• Surface high-value manufacturing problems and advise on fit, impact, and adoption.
• Partner with delivery teams to keep solutions grounded in operational reality.
• Serve as the manufacturing expert in room discussions on processes and tradeoffs.
• Help win and expand partnerships by shaping account strategy and executive engagement.
• Establish operating cadence across priority pursuits with clear ownership and metrics.
• Turn lessons into reusable discovery methods and product feedback loops.
