We are expanding our Sales and Recruiting teams and we are currently hiring Technical Staffing Account Managers in the Metro Virginia Beach - Norfolk - Newport News, VA areas due to significant growth. Bring your Business Development, Account Management, and Recruiting skills to an established and growing organization that is dedicated to helping each individual achieve their professional goals.

The ideal candidate will have a “hunter” personality, be comfortable meeting new people, and build lasting relationships. This person will be a self-starter who is not micro-managed and driven by success.

Our team recruits virtually for various hot markets throughout the Contingent US. If you are a confident Recruiter, working a full desk, building out a book of billable clients and/or placeable candidates from scratch, we would be interested in talking. We operate a split desk with client development and candidate sourcing, collaboration on deals, high commissions, strong support, training, and an established client and candidate base.

There is a potential equity stake for the right player(s).

We are not just targeting lower-end roles but higher-end Management, Engineers, and Specialists.

Work terms & benefits

This will entail working as a 1099 Contract hire from a remote office on a full commission (50/50 split)

We provide a LinkedIn Recruiter account, robust database/ATS, corporate email accounts, a large CRM, an intranet with resources, training, seminars, and branding, along with invoicing and legal support.

You handle your own home office expenses and taxes. You will work with our team and communicate daily via phone, Skype, Google Hangouts, etc. Work is collaborative and team-based to maximize deal flow.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with existing and new clients to maintain and develop long-term business partnerships.
  • Present Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent Placement services to companies in the local marketplace.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach with C-level executives, middle management and Human Resources.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in IT Leadership, Recruiting and Human Resources across industries.
  • Conduct in-person meetings to understand human capital challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects to develop business relationships through CRM via phone, email, and in-person meetings; update CRM and ATS accordingly.
  • Build synergy within the team and develop a personal referral network.
  • Partner with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients.
  • Demonstrate successful sales experience in selling a service (staffing preferred); IT/Technical recruiters are welcome to move into Account Manager roles.
  • A documented track record for achieving targeted objectives is required.
  • Strong sales mentality with understanding of the sales lifecycle from sourcing/lead generation to closing.
  • Critical thinking, curiosity, sound business judgment, excellent telephone and written communication, teamwork, leadership, and persistence.
  • Must be able to work from a remote office; Bachelor’s Degree required.
