Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Strong journal entries and reconciliation experience.
• Experience with inventory accounting and cycle counts.
• Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and allocations.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support and coordinate inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain product and inventory cost information.
• Assist with cost maintenance and analysis.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with manufacturing accounting and cost-related analysis.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Assist with various accounting projects and process improvements.
