We are growing in a big way and are currently hiring multiple Manufacturing Specialists, Quality Control Inspection for all shifts.

This role supports final circuit board inspection. Successful candidates for this role should have high attention to detail, the ability to inspect using a microscope in a seated position for extended periods.

SHIFT DETAILS:

1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm (5x8)

2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm (5x8)

3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 8:30am (4x10)

BENEFITS:

  • Competitive hourly wages with shift differentials (10% for 2nd shift, 15% for 3rd shift, and a stackable 5% for all weekend shifts).
  • Annual bonus target of 7% on top of hourly wages.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct inspection work under a microscope.
  • Follow production work instructions, electrical schematics, and blueprints and assembly diagrams.
  • Use factory software to track, prioritize work-in-process and generate non-conformance reports.
  • Provide written and verbal summaries of observations requiring escalation.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school Diploma or GED and 1+ years of relevant experience a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have high attention to detail.
  • Expertise in complex assembly or production skills and advanced knowledge of the accepted practices, operating methods, policies and procedures within the assembly production function.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Windows.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Associate’s degree or higher.
  • Previous IPC-A-610 certification.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and documentation.
  • Quality control or quality assurance experience.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer and seated microscope inspection for extended periods of time, and communicate with co-workers.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours / week.
  • Must possess a high degree of dexterity and eye coordination, to allow manipulation of buttons, switches, hand tools and knobs on delicate equipment, products and parts, in the performance of essential functions.
  • Must possess specific vision abilities required including close vision and distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.
