Job summary

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom seeks Specialists Manufacturing (multiple positions) to support 24/7 manufacturing operations in Juncos, PR. Administrative shift with some remote work is available, offering hands-on experience in manufacturing and quality systems within a premier biotechnology environment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish professionals with strong communication and project coordination skills, proficiency in SAP ERP, Smartsheet, and MS Office, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s + 4 years OR Master’s + 2 years of Manufacturing Operations experience.
• Strong Change Control management experience (TrackWise, Veeva Vault/CDOCs, or similar systems).
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in SAP (ERP), Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet.
• Technical writing and documentation expertise. Experience with document management and controlled documentation.
• Project coordination and management experience. Knowledge of project management and control charting.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of manufacturing/quality systems such as non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions.
• Apply process, operational, scientific expertise, basic compliance knowledge, and analytical and troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
