We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Associate specializing in painting small parts, working with ovens, and assembling/disassembling spray guns. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to our commitment to high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform painting operations on small parts utilizing appropriate techniques and materials.
  • Prepare and mix paint according to specifications and ensure consistent quality.
  • Work with industrial ovens for curing and drying painted components.
  • Assemble and disassemble spray guns, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
  • Conduct quality inspections of painted parts and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Assist with other manufacturing tasks as required.

Requirements:
