Corium Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Leader for weekend night shifts who will supervise manufacturing personnel to ensure that FDA, Cosmetic, and DEA regulated products are safely manufactured in a cGMP environment. This position also recommends and implements safety, quality, and productivity improvements for production processes.

Responsibilities:- Oversee daily manufacturing operations for efficient use of resources (people, materials, and equipment) to meet production goals.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Develop training content and foster a culture of teamwork and employee development.
- Complete quality and safety investigations and Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Support process and product development activities.
- Monitor, analyze and report production area data.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Six sigma green belt or lean certification preferred.
- Must have knowledge of chemical handling practices and equipment operation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to work 3x12 hour weekend night shifts (6pm – 6am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
