Corium Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Leader for weekend night shifts who will supervise manufacturing personnel to ensure that FDA, Cosmetic, and DEA regulated products are safely manufactured in a cGMP environment. This position also recommends and implements safety, quality, and productivity improvements for production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations for efficient use of resources (people, materials, and equipment) to meet production goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop training content and foster a culture of teamwork and employee development.
• Complete quality and safety investigations and Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) initiatives.
• Support process and product development activities.
• Monitor, analyze and report production area data.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Six sigma green belt or lean certification preferred.
• Must have knowledge of chemical handling practices and equipment operation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to work 3x12 hour weekend night shifts (6pm – 6am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
