Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Test & Calibration technician to set up, maintain, operate, test and inspect production equipment in a Florida facility. You will ensure compliance with FDA, GMP and ISO 13485 standards, minimize scrap, and support training and process improvements.
The role requires 3–4 years in medical device manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and relevant certificates. Shift is 11:00 pm–7:00 am, Tue–Sat. Benefits and competitive pay included.
Product Test & Calibration sets up, aligns, monitors, and/or calibrates production equipment. Assists and may perform maintenance on machines and cleans up minor chemical spills in assigned area as well as glassware, ovens, and other equipment.
The primary purpose of this position is to set-up, maintain, operate, test and inspect product, and perform repairs on associated departmental equipment in conformance to FDA, GMP’s, ISO 13485 standards and finished product specifications. Minimize scrap generation from processes and promote workplace safety. Provide process information to management so production equipment may be optimized and/or process corrected. Assist with training of personnel to perform various functions within each assigned area. Facilitate work flow and ensure product quality is maintained.
Pay rate:$19.95 per hour (includes shift differential)
