RiseMe is seeking a Manufacturing Screen Printing Technician to produce high-quality screen-printed graphics on aluminum and plastic components. You will operate specialized printing equipment, create artwork from specs, and ensure accuracy across production runs.

Are you detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and passionate about producing high-quality work? We are seeking a Manufacturing Screen Printing Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will create and apply precision screen-printed graphics, lettering, and designs on aluminum and plastic components used in high-quality manufactured products.

This position offers the opportunity to work with specialized printing equipment, develop technical skills, and contribute directly to the production of industry-leading products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed components.
• Create screen prints, stenciling, rubber stamping, and artwork from customer specifications, engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Develop and modify computer-generated artwork and prepare positive and negative films for screen production.
• Mix inks, paints, and thinners to meet color and quality specifications.
• Prepare, expose, and process screens using established manufacturing procedures.
• Inspect printed products throughout production runs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards are met.
• Perform touchups, corrections, and freehand lettering when required.
• Verify part quantities and maintain accurate production, rework, and job tracking records.
• Troubleshoot print quality issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members, production personnel, and supervisors to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Experience with screen printing, silkscreen operations, or related printing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills and experience creating or modifying artwork files.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience screen printing on aluminum, metal, plastic, or industrial products.
• Experience with film development, stencil creation, color matching, and screen preparation.
• Knowledge of graphic design, desktop publishing, or artwork preparation software.
• Previous experience in aerospace, defense, industrial, or precision manufacturing environments.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school training or certification is a plus.
• Two or more years of screen printing, graphics production, or related manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Regular use of hands and arms to operate equipment and handle materials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to distinguish colors and maintain close visual attention to detail.
• Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment, inks, and chemicals.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels.
• Exposure to inks, paints, cleaning solvents, airborne particles, and industrial chemicals.
• Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves, is provided and required as applicable.
