A full-service MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Safety Technician to enhance safety practices and conduct site assessments. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, conducting inspections, and recommending safety equipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma, OSHA 30 certification, and relevant safety experience. Qualifications

• 2 or more years of safety experience required, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• OSHA 30 certification, preferably in general industry.
• Occupational Health & Safety Technician (OHST) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in enforcing safety procedures to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and document employee work practices.
• Identify corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Skills
