Qualifications

  • Experience operating CNC machines.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methods and continuous improvement.
  • Proven fixture and machine design experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in integration and installation of automated systems.
  • Passion for robotics and staying current with automation advances.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Robotics Automation Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing systems. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for robotics and automation. The candidate should be a proactive problem solver, able to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, and implement automated manufacturing systems using robotics technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes and identify areas for automation.
  • Utilize CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, to create detailed design plans for automated systems.
  • Oversee the installation and integration of automated systems into the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems.
  • Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee CNC machine operation and ensure the safe and efficient operation of all automated systems.
  • Participate in product development processes and contribute to the design of new products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in robotics and automation technology and apply this knowledge to the development of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on robotics and automation.
  • 3. Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • 4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles.
  • 5. Experience with CNC machine operation.
  • 6. Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • 7. Proven experience in fixture design and machine design.
  • 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct effective root cause analysis.
  • 9. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • 10. Demonstrated experience in the integration and installation of automated systems.
  • 11. A passion for robotics and a commitment to staying current with advancements in the field.
