Caterpillar in Wamego, Kansas is seeking a Manufacturing Resource Planner to schedule and optimize production and material flow. You will coordinate materials, monitor inventory, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets and cost objectives.

The role emphasizes ERP/MRP use, data-driven decisions, and strong collaboration across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality. Onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing, production planning, materials management, supply chain, or operations leadership.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage production schedules, inventory, and materials planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities to meet delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
