Job summary
Michigan Milk Producers Association seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Reliability & Controls to lead a team focused on improving equipment reliability, automation performance, and manufacturing capability across multiple dairy facilities. The role aims to eliminate chronic issues and strengthen technical capabilities within our manufacturing teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, controls, automation, or related roles.
- Experience with industrial controls systems and troubleshooting complex manufacturing systems.
- Strong communication for cross-functional work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineers supporting reliability, controls, and process improvement.
- Establish engineering priorities focused on eliminating chronic failures and improving plant performance.
- Drive RCFA and permanent corrective actions.
- Use downtime data and performance trends to identify reliability opportunities.
