Responsibilities

• Build cost breakdowns for labor, materials, tooling, and freight.
• Submit quotes to customers and track status through follow up.
• Update quoted pricing when drawings or quantities change.
• Maintain a quote log and records of past/pending quotes.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to confirm lead times and feasibility.
• Compare actual job costs to quoted costs after order award.
• Review customer drawings/specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Request material and outside-process pricing from approved suppliers.
