Job summary

TekWissen LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician in Saxonburg, PA. This temporary 6-month onsite assignment supports production quality activities, inspections and process improvements.

The role requires knowledge of SPC, GMP, MRB, and strong communication with the line team; candidates should be able to work with minimal direction and perform automated testing techniques.

Job Description

• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), good manufacturing practices (GMP), traceability and material review board (MRB).


• Ability to work independently with little direction on day-to-day decisions and work direction


• Ability to perform all automated testing techniques and requirements


• Established Communication skills with the ability to utilize applicable terminology. Interpersonal skills to interact professionally and constructively with the lead, supervisor and coworkers to enhance teamwork and to foster positive working relationships.


• Supporting production or quality control inspections in the Manufacturing Areas.


• Works with production supervisor and/or engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggests improvements


• Appropriate attention to detail and understanding of continuous improvement/lean initiatives

Training

• To support Group Lead/Process Coordinator with training needs.


• Guidance is given to new trainees and assemblers on complicated aspects of the assembly work Paperwork


• Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, labor and special products.
