Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor in Marysville, OH to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer facilities. The role targets someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supervising quality inspectors is desirable.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Train and coach team members
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects
