Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities, focusing on problem solving and teamwork to ensure products meet quality standards.

The role is on the 2nd shift (3:30-12:30) with local travel to customer sites, providing an opportunity to mentor teams, develop work instructions, and manage projects across manufacturing plants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Customer service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
