Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing facility in Palmetto, GA. You will oversee QMS, audits, CAPA, and food safety programs while partnering with Operations and Engineering to enhance product quality and process capability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, 5+ years of manufacturing quality management, and experience with QMS, SPC, CAPA, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with QMS, SPC, CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Plastics processing, injection molding, packaging, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• HACCP, CQE, CMQ/OE, or Lead Auditor certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide quality and compliance activities.
• Manage QMS, audits, CAPA, and food safety programs.
• Drive customer complaint resolution and supplier quality improvement.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve product quality and process capability.
• Develop and lead a high-performing quality team.
