A leading manufacturer of trailers is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee the quality management system and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, develop a robust quality assurance plan, and ensure continuous improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient problem-solving skills and communication abilities are essential. Some travel might be required.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years of supervising and managing direct reports desired.
• Proficient in methodologies such as 5-why, fishbone, and A3.

Responsibilities

• Manage the plant quality management system and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production and engineering.
• Develop and document a Quality Assurance Plan for trailer builds.
