At SuperATV, we are committed to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly detailed Quality Engineer Lead to join our team. This role will support SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Primary Duties
  1. Review, measure, and analyze current and new product designs and samples.
  2. Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to prevent problems and drive continuous improvement across all areas.
  3. Conduct inspections based on customer complaints to eliminate future issues before products reach customers.
  4. Develop, update, and implement countermeasures for quality problems, including quality documentation, corrective actions, and data collection to monitor product and process performance.
  5. Prepare quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  6. Lead and manage cross-functional teams as needed to resolve quality issues.
  7. Manage processes and demonstrate leadership skills.
  8. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  9. Develop and direct quality programs and staff as required.
  10. Assist in developing quality control processes to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Must be driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, follow-through, and organizational skills; self-starter mentality.
  • Excellent blueprint reading, metrology, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience in managing or supervising a Quality Department is required.
  • Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years manufacturing/quality experience required.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Education / Experience
  • Management or supervision experience in a Quality Department required.
  • Degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of manufacturing/quality experience required.
