Gasser Chair is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Inspector to perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements. You will identify non-conforming materials and support corrective actions with teams across production and engineering.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with inspection and measurement tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and functional inspections of incoming materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Pre-assembly inspections to identify defects before assembly.
• Final product inspections prior to shipment to ensure compliance with standards.
• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and actions.
