Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working in quality, metrology, and manufacturing.
• Experience operating CMMs, interpreting engineering drawings, and running quality and process audits.
• Hands-on experience using inspection methods, measurements, tools, and equipment.
• Experience with histograms, pareto, 5-whys, and cause & effect diagrams.
• Great facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with at least one of these: fabricated sheet metal, welded parts, or injection molded plastic parts and assemblies.
• High School Degree.

This is a Hands-on Quality Technician role, where you'll be ensuring the highest standards of product quality by performing detailed inspections and supporting continuous improvement as a key member of the quality team, by performing detailed dimensional inspections, audits, and process capability studies for IPPAP, PPAP, and lab analysis on parts and assemblies.
