Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Systems Engineering or 5+ years of relevant quality engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• 3+ years with APQP Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows).
• 2+ years auditing within ISO 9001/IATF 16949 or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data-driven quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA across plant operations.
• Oversee QMS audits and ensure compliance across manufacturing activities.
• Develop and maintain control plans, PFMEA, and process flows.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and improve FPY.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to implement quality initiatives.
• Report KPIs to site and leadership with action plans.
