A manufacturing firm in California is seeking a Quality Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and managing reports. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports as required (CCMS, ECSL, etc.).
• Conduct daily QC testing of intermediates and finished goods.
• Support the set-up and maintenance of quality master data.
• Manage both Supplier and Customer Complaint Management Systems.
• Improve First Time Right (FTR) rate for batches.
