Job summary

Innovance, Inc., a Midwest manufacturing holding company, seeks a Program Quality Engineer to support Lou-Rich quality programs. You will review documentation, ensure contract requirements are met, and provide technical guidance to prototype and production teams.

The role requires knowledge of GD&T, quality systems, and experience with measurement tools. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for interface with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or an associate degree with relevant experience.
• Proven ability to interpret design and process documentation for quality compliance.
• Experience with GD&T and measurement systems in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Minitab or similar stats software.

Responsibilities

• Review design, manufacturing and test docs to ensure contract quality requirements are met.
• Analyze program quality performance and drive corrective actions.
• Develop program-specific quality/test philosophies to ensure compliance.
• Review customer or contractual docs to identify and ensure fulfillment of requirements.
• Interface with customers on quality concerns and provide timely responses.
