Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, mission assurance and manufacturing support for programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across the program life cycle.
• Experience applying systems engineering across the program life cycle.
• Experience applying technical knowledge of production, quality, and mission assurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise across the program life cycle in quality, mission assurance and manufacturing.
• Apply QMA manufacturing principles and industry best practices to program activities.
• Participate in cross-functional evaluations and on-site audits at developer facilities to verify controls.
• Assist with assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and MDA policies.
• Support manufacturing and test readiness activities (PRRs, FAIs, TRRs).
• Review data from developers and track manufacturing metrics; provide weekly status reports.
• Work onsite at MDA facility (Redstone Arsenal) 1–2 days per week with telework when not onsite; travel quarterly.
