Cube Hub Inc. is seeking a Tactical Line Quality Engineer (open to recent grads) in Moline, IL. You will support operators on the shop floor, investigate manufacturing issues, and work with the UAW inspection team to drive process controls related to torque, routing, and assembly operations.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide tactical quality engineering support for the final assembly department.
• Lead containment activities and investigate potential quality issues.
• Initiate corrective actions to improve internal factory quality and external customer quality.
• Participate in quality improvement meetings addressing factory and customer concerns.
• Verify and improve manufacturing process controls.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Management, Product Engineering, and inspectors to improve product quality and reduce defects.
