The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and improve manufacturing processes, ensure safety and quality, and work with design engineering and supply chain to enable scalable production. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production flow and line performance to improve efficiency.
• Monitor production planning, identify gaps affecting delivery and capacity.
• Assess procurement and material readiness for mass production start.
• Validate supply chain execution and readiness to meet demand.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction and ramp-up activities.
